Established in 1997, Khoisan Tea (Pty) Ltd is a leading South African producer and exporter of Rooibos Tea, a naturally sweet & woodsy herbal "red-bush" tea.

Khoisan Tea has a capacity of 3000 tons per year and we export globally.  

We grow our own 100% organic Rooibos Tea on the Khoisan Farm just 200km north of Cape Town and pride ourselves on our pure wild harvest Honeybush Tea, while being one of the top organic Bourbon-style Vanilla exporters in the world.



Because Rooibos Tea is so versatile, we also blend it with popular organic spicing and various flavourings: Hibiscus has an invigorating, astringent flavour reminiscent of cranberries. Mixed with Rooibos Tea, hibiscus makes for a refreshingly pure fruity tea. hibiscus, A pale-green, small shrub, Buchu, which tastes a bit like black currants, is a traditional South African herb with natural stimulant qualities and traditional belief that it aids in some stomach and urinary ailments. Mixed with Rooibos Tea, Buchu seeps through strong in both taste and aroma. Not for pregnant or lactating moms. buchu,  Black-cumin seeds, a very good source of iron, resemble caraway seeds and provide a nutty, peppery flavour in our Rooibos Tea range. black-cumin seed, chai, Ginger adds a kick of lemon-like spice to the natural sweet taste of Rooibos Tea. Combined, the contrasting tastes make for a delicious hot and healthy infusion, especially during winter months/cold season. ginger, chamomile and more are available in bulk or in stylish, practical box packs, eco bags, or tins with various motifs and universally appealing designs.

To ensure high international standards, the company is HACCP, Lacon Germany, (USDA & NOP) organic certified annually. Kosher and Halaal.
